When you join our team, you will:
Perform quality investigations and root cause analysis of incidents, accidents, and warranty occurrences
Process data, prepare and analyze reports based on defined Quality KPIs
Advise all departments on EASA Part-145 and EN9110 standards.
Evaluate, develop, and implement international standards, processes, and methodologies
Facilitate audits by Aviation Authorities, Customers, Certification (EN9110), and Internal audits
Conduct authorization boards and issue company authorizations
You match our need, if you have:
University degree in a technical engineering field (Aeronautics is a plus)
Knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations and EN9110 standards is considered as an advantage
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Familiar with problem-solving and investigation techniques (e.g., MEDA, 5-Why)
Awareness of human factors in aviation
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation skills, assertive, and persuasive.
