Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist- София
MentorMate is growing, and we are seeking for a highly motivated individual to support our efforts to recruit Bulgaria’s top technical talent. The main role of the position will be to actively seek out, and attract the best technologists on the market for our vacancies.

This position will support our needs throughout the five-city region (Sofia, Plovdiv, Veliko Tarnovo, Varna and Ruse) and reports directly to the Marketing & Acquisition Manager.

What do you need to have

- At least 6 months (the more the better) recruitment experience gained either in an agency or in-house environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Bulgarian and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Excellent people skills – demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction and status
- Ability to quickly and expertly build relationships with candidates
- Good prioritization and organizational skills
- Creative mindset, able to think outside the box
- Proactive attitude
- Passion for recruitment

What will be an advantage

- Knowledge of software development terminology and concepts
- Experience in social recruitment

What will be your Role

- Screen resumes, verifying they meet requirements and route to the hiring manager for review
- Assist in coordination of candidates with hiring managers, interviewers and scheduling of interviews
- Manage different channels for candidate sourcing, including direct advertising, recruitment agencies and pro-active headhunting
- Attending on-site,video and telephone interviews with Hiring Managers
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and the Department Managers
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective candidates
- Attend career fairs and networking events
- Assist with maintaining applicant tracking database and candidate pipeline
- Propose creative and innovative ways of sourcing candidates
- Assist in other marketing & recruitment projects / tasks as required to add value and continually improve the overall process
