customer experience management. We are on a search for driven, organized and team-
oriented people for the role Customer Care Specialist with Polish, Finnish or Dutch and
English - Work from home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Represent the company to consumers, handling complaints, inquiries, and interactions on
social media;
* Utilize active listening and leadership skills to understand consumer issues efficiently;
* Provide additional attention to sensitive contacts and cases;
* Develop expertise in the product portfolio and consumer expectations for each product and
category;
* Proactively contribute to team building and service quality improvement.

Requirements:
* Great Polish, Finnish or Dutch and good English skills;
* Strong phone and verbal communication, with active listening skills;
* Preferably, experience in a customer service role;
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including MS Office applications;
* Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
