The company’s portfolio includes Mercedes-Benz, SETRA and FUSO brands. At the beginning of April 2022 Silver Star presented a completely new brand – INEOS Grenadier. The dealer network includes offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas.

Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! Silver Star Retail EAD is seeking a highly motivated and skilled SUPERVISOR PERFORMANCE - MERCEDES-BENZ PC WORKSHOP to join our team in Sofia.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily capacity of the PC technicians and service advisors
• Continuously improve service processes and make necessary decisions to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Support organizing and management a team of technicians and service advisors
• Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service with a problem-solving attitude
• Report on workshop key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data using advanced Excel skills
• Prepare presentations using PowerPoint to present workshop performance to the management
• Foster an open-minded, creative, and communicative work environment to promote teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in workshop activity and automotive industry
• Previous experience in people management of a small team
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong leadership and decision making skills
• Active driver with a valid driving license
