Accounts Receivable Specialist with English and French

To liaise with external business clients in the first instance over the phone and then via email in order to ensure prompt payment;
To make 30 outbound phone calls a day to our business clients;
To hit monthly and quarterly cash collection targets;
To hit monthly and quarterly aged debt targets;
To reconcile accounts and explain financial matters clearly to business clients and internal colleagues such as Account Managers;
Responsible for chairing meetings and providing debt reports to different people within the business. e.g. Sales, Finance Directors, Divisions and also Clients;
Liaising with internal colleagues to resolve queried debt;
Responding to all customers within 48 hours of receiving their correspondence;
Participate and drive the Empower program and vision which aims to make Experian more efficient;
Contribute to team and department meetings;


Fluency in written and spoken English and French;
Experience in working on the phones speaking to clients/customers;
Experience in credit control/collection methods;
Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders at different levels;
Ability to consistently demonstrate deep personal drive and accountability for great performance and results delivery;
Be outcome and target focused;
Ensuring maximum contribution to a positive working culture;
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
