Sales Manager


•Be responsible for revenue growth, by increasing the number of successful direct sales and partnerships;
•Delivering the Sales and Account Management Strategies;
•Setting objectives for members of the team in line with company objectives;
•Train and mentor the team of sales representatives;
•Identify new opportunities for business development in areas which have not been explored yet;
•Analyse current best work practices, establish and improve procedures, processes and KPI’s for the department;
•Constantly work to improve the product knowledge of the team;
•Ensure all processes are clearly documented revised and adhered to at the highest level;
•Drive employee satisfaction and engagement;
•Contribute in formulating strategic operational goals for the organization.

Skills Required:

•At least 2+ years of experience in a senior Sales/Account Management position;
•A very strong sales and account management background;
•A proven track record of achieving targets, driving sales growth in a business and retention of customers;
•Experience with setting up processes, procedures, setting targets, KPI’s;
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
•Excellent English language skills;
•Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives and anticipate business needs;
•Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels;
•Strong leadership and performance management skills;
•Success in multi-tasking with attention to detail;
•Effective troubleshooting skills and ability to overcome obstacles to complete a project.
