Our client – the Neoperl Group, is a privately-held company, market leader in the plumbing sector for innovative solutions regarding drinking water. Since end of 2013, the Bulgarian company “Bulmat”, situated in Dobrich, belongs to the Neoperl Group. In November 2016 it was renamed to Neoperl Bulgaria EOOD. At the moment Neoperl Group is constructing a new and modern factory in Dobrich and we are looking, on behalf of Neoperl, for experienced and highly motivated professional on the role of:

Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

- Personnel management, leadership and motivation of the employees to a powerful team.
- Responsibility for the complete flow of goods and materials at Dobrich site.
- Control and monitoring the complete process from the goods receipt to delivery. This includes the incoming goods inspection, the storage, the supply of material for production and the assurance of the complete, timely receipt of customer orders.
- Responsible for the complete import / export processing, including customs issues.
- Ensuring a high delivery service, monitored with appropriate KPIs.
- Continuous analysis and constant monitoring of the processes for further optimization of logistical processes. Development of new logistic concepts and solutions as well as further development of existing processes.

- An education closely related to logistics, etc. as a freight forwarder, specialist for warehouse logistics or an appropriate study with a focus on logistics.
- 5 years’ experience within logistics in the industry or logistics office. Proven operational management experience in terms of people and processes.
- Assertiveness and result oriented, think analytically and leads employees and team to set targets.
- Speak English (CEF level C1).
