PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST


This role involves buying digital ad space through leading demand-side platforms, social media platforms, and search engines. You will oversee and improve multiple campaign executions based on clients' KPIs, and evaluate ad performance. Moreover, you will interact frequently with each media buying platform, and help in various special projects.

This exciting role requires someone passionate about digital marketing, highly creative, and always up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations and technologies.


We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a big appetite for results and a passion for achieving objectives. To be successful in this position you MUST have:

- University degree in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant specialty;
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and managing digital performance marketing campaigns (min. 1+ years);
- Experience within digital / advertising agencies;
- Experience in programmatic ad buying and optimization;
- Experience with pay-per-click marketing;
- Excellent command of English (level B2/C1 – written and verbal);
- Very good communication, organizational and analytical skills.


Strong advantage for this position:

- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and Rich Media;
- Knowledge of 3rd party ad tags (DFA/DCM, PointRoll, MediaMind, Flashtalking, etc).
