Analytics Manager


Responsible for a team of up to 10 people supporting analytical projects;
Responsible for managing relationship with internal/external clients. This includes support of new coming projects/business planning, optimal resource allocation, knowledge sharing between the markets, managing clients’ expectation, delivering excellent service to our external and internal clients;
Seek opportunities to develop and support the roll-out of new and innovative solutions;
Responsible for the development of the team and implementation of the team succession plan;
Responsible for the expertise growth of the staff, recruitment of staff and quality level of the deliverables of the team;
Responsible for settings goals, career discussions and performance and remuneration evaluation;
Support and develop internal processes;
Communicate effectively face-to-face, through e-mail and by telephone across stakeholders in Bulgaria and across Experian;
Monitor and control different KPIs (headcounts, utilisation, employee surveys);


At least 2 years of relevant experience;
Strong technical and analytical skills;
Strong project management and organizational skills;
Must be an independent, positive and energetic person with flexibility and initiative;
A strong communicator who can present thoughts/ideas in a structured & logical manner and can inspire others to take on the impossible;
Strong leadership skills, experience of leading and developing teams of technically skilled people;
Be able to apply sound judgment, even without all the facts and move quickly through thinking to decision to action;
Focused on execution; be pragmatic and intolerant of over thinking, complexity and bureaucracy;
Fluent knowledge of English;

The following abilities and skills will be considered an advantage:

Track record of delivering complex analytical projects;
Knowledge of statistics and how statistical methodologies are employed in practical use (i.e. - scorecard development);
Knowledge in the implementation of predictive models both in terms of software and strategy;
Experience in PMBOK
