Understand customer needs through talking to customers, observing and through data analysis:

Organises cross-functional sessions to capture requirements and generate ideas. Generates excitement for possible future in external colleagues, while managing expectations on timelines.
Several years of product management within a busy transactional operation
Ideally some experience within Sales CRM (Salesforce)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experiencing engaging with stakeholders on all levels in the business, the delivery team colleagues, customers; managing stakeholder expectations in a pro-active manner.
Good understanding of the payment industry or previous experience in finance.
Experience of analysing the performance of existing products, managing KPIs, and identifying opportunity based on cost-benefit analysis
Specification of clear requirements to engineering teams
Experience of the full product lifecicle from concept to implementation and post-launch analysis
In-depth experience of idnetifying and understanding user needs and behaviour in a business and business to consumer product environment
An analytical mind and the ability to understand commercial business drivers
Proven experience of working closley with an engineering team
Ability to take ownership, creatively solve probelms and pr-actilvey secure the objectives of the business
Strong attention to detail.
