for the role of Tech-Support Specialist with Hungarian or German and English - Standard
working time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Addressing technical requests via outbound calls, ticketing system, and remote sessions;
* Investigating service performance issues;
* Providing appropriate solutions following established procedures;
* Ensuring customer expectations and satisfaction;
* Working with team members to deliver high-quality support.

Requirements:
* Advanced proficiency in one of the required language and English;
* Previous technical experience or relevant education;
* Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly;
* Interest in specializing in various Microsoft services;
* Willingness to take on new challenges.
