RT EMBEDDED FIRMWARE TECHNICAL LEAD

This position entails the creation and full-cycle development of real-time embedded firmware. Additionally, it includes participating in the recruitment and selection of new specialists, as well as overseeing the team's operations.


Required skills, expertise, and professional experience:

- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant specialty;
- 6+ years of professional experience in developing real-time firmware using C/C++;
- Experience with bare metal and RTOS, ARM processors, and low-level drivers;
- Experience in leading teams of Software and Hardware Engineers;
- Some experience with end-to-end product development;
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) due to constant communication with teams overseas.
