For one of our clients, leading international company, who is opening BPO center in Sofia, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced professional for the role of:



• Utilise standard role profiles to open and advertise and source relevant candidates;
• Utilise local and global media/tools to source candidates for all positions;
• Work with Operations Resource team to understand current priorities and future requirements to aim to get ahead of the hiring curve;
• Ensure all open posts reconcile between the Resource team and HR;
• Work in collaboration with the HRBP teams to ensure all roles are being communicated and filled with efficiency;
• Act as ambassador for Jobvite, demonstrating best practice, and ensuring data is managed and updated in real time to streamline and improve the process;
• Proactively manage referrals, working with teams in office to maximise the candidates from this source;
• Co-ordinate the application and selection process with HRBP Teams, initial candidate screening (CV/application), telephone screening of candidates as necessary, supporting local HRBP teams to arrange face to face interviews where needed;
• Arrange for candidates for live and future vacancies to complete language tests;
• Manage the LinkedIn support page, and related pipeline campaigns;
• Work with local teams to help increase engagement with employer brand(s);
• Support with management of employer brand social media projects;
• Contributes to group recruitment initiatives / projects;
• Flexibility to work on recruitment / projects outside of core area.


• Experience of ownership of full life cycle of recruitment in customer service or gaming roles;
• Positive and proactive approach to work;

• Strong IT skills and an affinity to work with new technology;

• Second language ( German & Russian with priority).
