Electronic banking specialist - Sofia

General duties:
Administration, installation and support electronic banking system modules for the Bank's business customers;
Administration and support VPOS merchants ;
Participates in the compilation of the procedures and requirements for the operation of the developed electronic distribution channels;
Participates in the training of customers, according to the requirements for working with the products of electronic channels;
Consults and provides methodical assistance in case of problems encountered by clients using the services of electronic channels;

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Information Technologies or other relevant;
In-depth knowledge of Windows, Linux operating systems, as well as knowledge of computer networks;
Ability to work with MS Office 2016/2019 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.);
Experience working with MultiCash system and knowledge of card payments is an advantage;
Good command of English;
Mental and behavioral stability in stressful situations, analytical thinking, communication skills, ability to work in a team.
