Credit card business Manager, Sofia

General duties:
Design credit cards features according to client needs
Launch attractive acquisition campaigns in order to boost new sales
Identify ways to increase efficiency of existing sales channels (e.g. explore cross sale opportunities, request measures from sales teams based on performance analysis, design and lead trainings of sales agents)
Investigate alternative channels for the sale of credit cards
Communicate on weekly basis with Sales managers and Marketing to ensure execution of the KPIs (new cards, stock of active cards)
Be prepared to communicate with other stakeholders according to the specifics of the business initiative (e.g. IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance)

Requirements:
Required experience:

Previous experience as product manager/ retail lending manager / sales manager
Analytical and financial background
