On behalf of one of our client, partner for modern banking, we are currently looking for Business Analyst with German in Sofia to join their Core Banking & Process Management team in the forefront of modern banking.

What you will be doing:

• Recording and conscientious implementation of requirements from various specialist areas in the field
of core banking.
• Technical analysis, design, and optimization of functions of existing and new business processes.
• Creation of detailed process documentation including responsibilities and decision points.
• Implementation of regulatory requirements in close cooperation with the relevant business units.
• Troubleshooting.

Ideally, your skills will include:

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Management.
• Banking experience and process management, process visualization.
• 3+ years of experience in analyzing and designing (banking) processes (functional, technical).
• Ideally background in financial services/bank consulting.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience with stakeholders and project management.
• Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and structured way of working.
• High analytical and problem-solving skills.
