Business and Marketing Assistant (1 year temporary project )- София

We are currently looking for serious and ambitious candidate to join our client’s team for the position of:


Business and Marketing Assistant (1 year temporary project )


Main responsibilities:

Assisting Customer Service with translation of Customer surveys from Bulgarian;
Preparing and sending letters to the customers – in Bulgarian - letters are received in English and need to be sent out to our customers in Bulgarian;
Sending translation requests to local translation agency
Ordering of promotional materials – 1-2 per year;
Communication related to shipments coming outside EU for MDD with local customs brokers – documents needed in Bulgarian – translation of invoice & shipping letter;
Authorization letters for distributors – administrative support in local language;
Regulatory and contract administrative help.
