Lufthansa Technik is the world’s leading provider for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of aircraft components and engines with more than 50 years’ experience in helping the world’s leading airlines deliver top-quality products at competitive rates.

Lufthansa Technik Sofia performs heavy maintenance checks on the Airbus A320 family and Boeing B737 including B737 Classic and B737 NG. The company is situated at Sofia airport and operates since October 2008.

In connection with the development of our processes and company growth we are now looking for:

Talent Acquisition Expert (Recruiter)

The Talent Acquisition position will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talents at the right time in support of Lufthansa Technik Sofia’s business growth. The development of effective relationships with both internal customers and external networks through creative and innovative sourcing strategies will be critical for that role.

He / She will ensure that the recruiting strategy is fully aligned with business needs through:

- Liaising with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective sourcing strategies and selection criteria to ensure presentation of high-quality candidates ranging from Interns, experiences professionals up to and including Leadership level roles
- Incorporating structured and robust selection processes - ensuring that both hiring managers and interview teams are prepared to effectively evaluate candidates’ potential
- Actively participating in the recruitment process, being both a reliable advisor and role model for his / her internal customers
- Using recruiting analytics, metrics and candidate/hiring manager feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to support them in making the best hiring decisions
- Continuous exploring market best practices in strategies related to talent acquisition and on-boarding
- Designing and implementing effective employer branding strategy
- Organizing and participating in career events

To be successful with the role you should comply with the following requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (in-house and/or agency recruiter)
• Effective communications skills - both written and verbal
• Embraces technology and all forms of social media to creatively attract talent
• Strong collaboration and relationship management capabilities
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications as well as applicant tracking systems
• Ability to act independently to determine new methods and approaches towards labor market
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships where persuasive skills, negotiation skills, and considerable tact are required to gain support
