Management assistente / administrative Co-worker
Function Description:
For a further development of the practice we are looking for an enthusiastic assistant(e) with great sence of responsibility. As an assistant you are the business card of the company. You perform all tasks associated with the daily support of the manager.
The suitable candidate will have responsibility and enough discipline to bring the work to a successful conclusion. You organize, make the necessary administrative and practical preparations,take notes and follows the action points.
It is a comprehensive feature where accuracy, assertiveness and customer service are key. Working hours are negotiable (5/5, 4/5 or 3/5) as well as wages. Are you fluent bilingual (XX/EN) both spoken and written?

Your tasks include:
- Typing letters and reports;
- Research and coordination work;
- Check and monitor of cliлnt account;
- Establishment and maintenance of leases;
- Management of the agenda and the cliлnt records;
- You follow the ongoing projects and you think proactively;
- Booking and organizing business trips. Taking responsibility for receiving and informing visitors;

- No nine to five mentality;
- Representative personality;
- Flexible and able to work independently;
- You are organized, proactive, discreet and positive;
- You are dynamic, motivated and have a sense of initiative;
- You work accurately and efficiently and show a talent for organization;
- Master the English language. Typing letters without errors; (mastering another language is a plus)
- Proficient with PC; (mastering 'the World Wide Web' and encryption technology is an additional asset)
