Acquisition & Affiliate Expert

We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven Acquisition & Affiliate Expert who will own player acquisition, affiliate partnerships, media buying performance, and growth initiatives.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the Bulgarian iGaming market, knows how to drive FTD growth, and can build strong relationships with affiliates, media partners, and agencies.
Key responsibilities
Player Acquisition
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across all digital channels
• Manage performance campaigns and budgets
• Work closely with agencies and external partners
• Identify new traffic sources and growth opportunities
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Optimize acquisition funnels and conversion rates

Affiliate Management
• Build and manage affiliate partnerships in Bulgaria
• Negotiate CPA, Hybrid and Revenue Share deals
• Recruit new affiliates and media partners
• Manage affiliate onboarding and performance
• Monitor traffic quality and fraud indicators
• Analyze affiliate profitability and ROI
Performance & Analytics
• Track acquisition KPIs and marketing performance
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Work closely with CRM, Product and BI teams
• Monitor player quality, retention and LTV
• Ensure efficient budget allocation and optimization

Required:
• 3+ years experience in iGaming acquisition, affiliate marketing or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of the Bulgarian online gambling market
• Experience managing affiliates and media buying campaigns
• Proven track record of delivering FTD growth
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Nice To Have:
• Existing network of affiliates, streamers and media partners
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic channels
• Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
• Understanding of CRM and retention mechanics
• Knowledge of sports betting and casino products
