Casino Operations Specialist – Online Casino

We are currently seeking a Casino Operations Specialist to report directly to the Casino Manager. The role involves supporting daily operational activities, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution of casino promotions and events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily communication with service, software, and equipment suppliers.
• Assist in organizing and executing activations, promotions, and special events.
• Monitor availability of materials and resources required for casino operations and events.
• Coordinate operational processes on-site together with supervisors and team members.
• Assist in preparing documentation and reports related to casino operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and customer service protocols.
• Report issues, irregularities, or potential process improvements to the Casino Manager.

Requirements:
• Secondary or higher education (business administration, management, or economics preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operational or administrative roles, preferably related to casino operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility in executing assigned tasks.
• Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Loyalty, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
