Customer Care Specialist with German language


In this role, you will be responsible for contacting clients after website registration, conducting consultations and follow-up calls, coordinating with the back-office team, managing communication via email and chat, and documenting all interactions in the CRM system.


Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

- Excellent command of the German language (B2 or C1 level both verbal and written);
- 1+ years of professional experience in Customer Support / Customer Care or Sales Support positions;
- Very good communication skills.
