Manpower Bulgaria is looking for one of its international partners – an international outsourcing company, for an ambitious candidate to join their customer support department.

Customer/ Technical Support Specialist with German/ Dutch/ Italian and English


Your day will include:
• Respond to and resolve a wide variety of customers queries by phone/email or chat within the stipulated timeframe and deliver an outstanding and memorable customer experience;
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service support in ONE of the following languages: German/ Italian/ French/ Spanish and English;
• Advice and inform customers regarding clients' products and services;
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied;
• Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team.

Your profile:
• Has excellent command of spoken and written German/ Dutch/ Italian- preferably C1;
• Has good command of English language- B2;
• Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus;
• Can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology;
• Has proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping;
• Has good computer literacy.
