Procurement Professional II - German Language- София
The Professional II, Procurement is responsible for identifying opportunities for cost reduction; and developing and implementing cost improvement strategies; related to the acquisition and use of 3rd party supplier services and products under the guidance and supervision of a Procurement Lead.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Identifies supplier-related cost reduction opportunities and strategies on a corporate wide basis and aggressively pursues implementation
Responsible for the management of procurement projects including: supplier selection, development of contract terms and conditions, pricing, licensing, functionality, and product/service acquisition
Communicates new/revised contract and purchase terms to the business unit and user community
Utilize, manage, and promote the use of eProcurement tools including eAuction and eProposal for all relevant sourcing projects
Act as a procurement subject matter expert and liaison between business unit management, executives, suppliers, legal, and user groups
Work across the corporate business unit structure to promote sourcing “best practices,” to ensure their implementation and success
Support a Global Procurement Lead in accurate reporting of a $600M commodity base
Assist in establishing financial goals and aggressively pursues achievement
Support/Develop detailed sourcing analysis including financial, functional, risk assessment, “what/if” modeling, and opportunity assessment

Candidate Profile
Must be able to understand macroeconomics and leverage from supply & demand gap
Strong negotiation skills and analysis of costs
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluent or native German speaker). Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
Understanding of Real Estate operations (Facility Management, consumables and services including AMCs), IT – Hardware, Software, Licensing, Servers, Storage, Media and Technology, Telecom, Cabling, Maintenance, AMCs etc.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills along with sourcing ERPs - COUPA / SAP / Oracle
Good knowledge of Procurement Best Practices covering Procure to Pay process, including Order Management, Vendor Management, Supplier Contracting and rate cards
Adherence to Policies and Governance
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and matrix-driven Procurement Organization
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
Strong customer service disposition and sense of professionalism
Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business, analytical, and commercial acumen
