Job Description

Responsibilities:
· Provide accurate, valid and appropriate responses in a timely matter to questionnaires provided by prospective and current customers and business partners.
· Support sales organization with BIDs, RFP, RFI, proposals and contract processes by interpreting and answering security-related requirements and questions. Where necessary, support direct conversations with clients to describe such responses and processes.
· Maintain accurate and current responses by making regular scheduled reviews and update of client support documentation.
· Support contract reviews, suggesting valid and appropriate changes or comments, working with CSS specialist leads, supervisor to articulate Experian’s security posture to justify such changes with clients.
· Take responsibility for the management and distribution of incoming Salesforce requests within region.
· Identify information security deficiencies or risks to CSS specialist leads, supervisor or appropriate parties as soon as possible.
· Develop KPI and prepare reporting metrics for client support function and progress on enhancements initiatives.
· Research, develop, deploy and implement automation and efficiency tools to maximize output.

Qualifications

Requirements:
· 2+ years Information Technology/Security experience in client facing aspect – completing IT/Security questionnaires, bids, RFP, proposals, etc.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field or equivalent demonstrable experience.
· Experience in participating in the sales process from an IT or information security perspective.
· CISA or CISSP or willing to pursue
· Familiar with collaboration tools such MS SharePoint and Salesforce.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Process driven, and has eye for detail, automation and efficiency to improve programs/processes.
· Good collaboration, relationship and interpersonal skills.
· Solid understanding of key network and technical security controls.
