For their team in Varna, Bulgaria, we are supporting them to recruit a motivated junior Professional to hold the position of:


Junior Supplier Onboarding Coordinator

In this role, you will support the onboarding and integration of new suppliers into the company’s EDI and Supplier Portal, providing guidance, documentation, and training materials, and acting as a main point of contact for inquiries. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, assisting with go-live testing, documenting results, and helping resolve initial issues. In addition, you will support the analysis of EDI-related topics and contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and operational processes.



Essential requirements for the role:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, etc;
- Some prior experience in supplier onboarding, system integrations, or operational support roles;
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and/or EDI principles;
- Proficiency in MS Excel;
- Very good command of English (B2/C1) and good level of German (B1);
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) and JIRA is considered an advantage.
- Well-developed organizational and communication skills with a client-oriented mindset;
- Willingness to learn and grow in technical areas and system integration.
