Procurement Manager


This key leadership position requires you to manage all procurement and supply chain operations across company locations.

Main duties will include:

* Establish and execute a comprehensive, standardized procurement strategy by collaborating closely with other departments;
* Provide leadership and development support to the procurement teams;
* Manage the end-to-end supplier relationship lifecycle, including sourcing and negotiation;
* Oversee logistics, warehousing, and inventory control to ensure uninterrupted operations;

Essential requirements for the role:

- At least several years of professional experience in Senior Leadership roles related to Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain;
- Strong expertise in international logistics, procurement, and regulatory compliance throughout the EU and abroad;
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively, lead teams, and manage key stakeholders;
- Experience with ERP / CRM integration or optimization processes;
- Fluency in English - B2+ level, both verbal and written;
- Willingness to travel on business trips abroad occasionally.
