Director – Online Casino & Sports Betting

To drive their success, we are seeking a Director – Online Casino & Sports Betting with deep industry knowledge and a strategic mindset to lead and grow their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Strategy & Growth:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to establish and scale the online casino and betting platform.
o Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive positioning to drive revenue growth.
o Build and oversee key partnerships with software providers, payment gateways, and affiliate networks.

• Operations & Compliance:

o Ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements in the respective jurisdictions.
o Work closely with legal and compliance teams to maintain licensing and adhere to responsible gaming policies.
o Implement best practices in fraud prevention, security, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.

• Product & Technology Development:

o Collaborate with product and tech teams to develop a user-friendly and innovative gaming platform.
o Oversee the integration of sports betting, casino games, and virtual gaming solutions.
o Ensure seamless payment processing solutions and risk management for high-stakes gaming.

• Team Leadership & Financial Management:

o Build and manage a high-performing team across operations, marketing, customer service, and compliance.
o Oversee the company's financial performance, budgeting, and P&L management.
o Set KPIs and drive a results-oriented culture in line with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven leadership experience in the online gaming, casino, or sports betting industry.
• Strong understanding of iGaming regulations, compliance, and licensing requirements.
• Experience in P&L management, strategic planning, and business growth.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, player retention, and acquisition strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills for partnerships with gaming providers, affiliates, and payment processors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
