We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join the Management Board and report directly to the CEO. The COO will be responsible for the overall operational leadership of the organization, ensuring effective execution of business strategies, strong product performance, and operational excellence across all business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the company’s end-to-end business operations across all product verticals, including Casino, Sports Betting, retail betting points, and related product lines.
• Develop and implement operational and product strategies that support sustainable growth and align with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Define business and performance targets for brands and verticals and ensure their effective execution.
• Analyze key operational and product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize efficiency, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Monitor results against targets and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Define and manage budget frameworks related to product and operational initiatives, including bonus activations, retention programs, and supplier-led campaigns.
• Work closely with the CFO and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between operational strategies, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities related to new markets, products, services, and strategic partnerships.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Lead, develop, and scale operational, product, and customer-facing teams across Casino Operations, Sports Operations, and related functions.
• Define KPIs for teams and business units, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
• Collaborate closely with senior management, finance, marketing, legal, IT, and other departments to ensure high-quality execution of business strategies.
Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of senior management experience in business operations, product leadership, or online platform management, preferably within iGaming, sports betting, or other regulated industries.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and complex business processes.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and align stakeholders around shared objectives.
• Experience in managing key partnerships and supplier relationships.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• High level of responsibility, ownership, and accountability for business outcomes.
