We are currently seeking a Casino Manager to report directly to the Online Operations Manager. The Casino Manager will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, optimizing casino product offerings, and ensuring operational excellence across all casino verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with suppliers in the casino vertical, negotiating commercial terms, promotions, campaigns, and discounts.
• Coordinate the introduction of new games, suppliers, and technological solutions to enrich the casino portfolio.
• Ensure effective and mutually beneficial communication with all partners.
• Define product requirements for Casino Lobby and Live Casino Lobby, including game categorization, organization, and jackpot management.
• Monitor the performance of casino products and analyze results to identify opportunities for optimization and enhanced player experience.
• Collaborate on the implementation of new games and functionalities aligned with industry trends and customer interests.
• Maintain up-to-date information on suppliers, games, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the CFO and COO to plan and control budgets related to suppliers, promotions, and bonus campaigns.
• Prepare analyses and reports on campaign and product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Operations, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Finance.
• Coordinate integrations with new suppliers and the launch of new products.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements when launching new games and partnerships.
• Stay informed on industry trends both locally and internationally and implement innovative solutions and best practices.
• Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure responsible and regulated gaming operations.

Requirements:
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in iGaming, casino operations, or content management.
• Proven experience in negotiations and managing relationships with external suppliers and partners.
• Strong knowledge of online casino products, platforms, and suppliers.
• Analytical skills with the ability to produce reports and optimize product lines.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• High level of accuracy, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Initiative, result-oriented mindset, and ability to perform under pressure.
