Art Director - Online Casino & Betting

We are currently looking for an experienced Art Director to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Art Director will lead the creative vision, develop and oversee visual concepts for online and land-based casino platforms, ensuring brand consistency, innovative design solutions, and alignment with marketing campaigns and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop strategic visual concepts for online platforms and land-based properties, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and marketing strategy.
• Create, review, and approve visual materials for campaigns, promotions, tournaments, events, and other brand activities.
• Manage, mentor, and coordinate the design team, maintaining consistency in visual style and quality across all channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and CMS experts to integrate visual concepts with campaigns and corporate communications.
• Ensure all visual content complies with brand guidelines, responsible gaming policies, and industry regulations.
• Monitor trends in design, UX/UI, and visual communication within the gaming and entertainment sectors; propose innovative solutions to enhance brand presence.
• Oversee the management and continuous update of the visual asset library, including photos, videos, 3D elements, animations, and interactive content (AR/VR, digital displays).
• Analyse performance and user engagement of visual content and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or advertising; prior Art Director or Senior Designer experience preferred.
• Experience in the casino and/or betting industry is required.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of digital and offline visual standards, typography, color theory, and brand identity.
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to lead a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
