Affiliate Manager - Online Casino & Betting

We are currently looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join the company’s team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Affiliate Manager will manage and develop the company’s affiliate and partnership programs to drive customer acquisition, optimize performance, and increase revenue in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop affiliate and partnership programs for online and land-based casino operations to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Launch and administer affiliate programs, including partner onboarding, contract management, and ongoing relationship management.
• Maintain and optimize long-term partner relationships by monitoring performance and implementing improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and POS assets for both online and offline activities.
• Ensure compliance with affiliate program terms and applicable gambling advertising regulations.
• Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize activities based on KPIs and revenue results.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and propose improvements to affiliate strategies.
• Support budgeting, commission structures, and partner incentive programs.
Requirements:
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or digital marketing.
• Experience in the iGaming or online gambling industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize results.
• Knowledge of gambling advertising regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
