Manpower is looking for serious and ambitious candidates for the position of:
Procurement Manager

Review and analyze the current business procedures;
Perform change management in terms of processes with the aim of improved effectiveness and cost-saving in the department;
Setting KPIs for team members and team supervision in order to achieve their goals;
Optimize the internal ERP system;
Responsible for all import and export activities of the company including;
Experience in international logistics, air ocean and land /would be advantage/;
Shipping documentation preparation and management;
Manage freight forwarder to assure high performance and best rates;
Interface with warehouse and production for managing the inbound and outbound;
Leading negotiations and re-tendering with our key suppliers;
Ensure on-time delivery of planned products and materials essential for our production.

Then this job might be for you if you are:
A seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in a leading the procurement function;
Result-oriented senior manager experienced in change management with focus on strategic projects;
A mature people manager who takes pride in developing their team;
Native Bulgarian and fluent English speaker.
