For them we are looking for a highly motivated person for а temporary position of:

Retail Category Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the performance and maximize the profitability of selected shop categories;
• Develop category plans using the company’s framework and outlining strategies;
• Execute category plans, while making decisions about assortment, merchandising, pricing and promotions;
• Develop and manage promotions and marketing activities;
• Operate the supply chain of own categories;
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts with local and global suppliers;
• Work on projects in Bulgaria or CEE region;
• Continuously engage with Sales & Operations team and Shell’s Retailer partners to drive on-site operational excellence.

Requirements:

• University or college degree;
• Retail and category management knowledge and experience;
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills;
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills;
• Self-motivated personality, strong internal drive to deliver results;
• Ability to work independently;
• Ability to work and deliver in complex, virtual, multi-country environment;
• Resilience under stress;
• Track record of strong performance and delivery;
• Fluent English and Bulgarian.
