Position Title: Scrum Master

We are currently looking for Scrum Master for our SaaS Delivery team who will assure our clients have the best-in-class SaaS experience with the Experian platform through excellent project management and coordination. As a Scrum Master are you excited by the idea of being the link between the business benefit and the technical implementation? Joining our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in the establishment of one of the most intriguing and innovative projects company-wide, having direct client impact on a global scale, working as part of the delivery team to bring to live our client business requirements.

Plan projects in agreement with clients and all internal and external parties ensuring achievable timescales and dependencies
Acquire and manage resources needed to enable successful project delivery, including people, hardware, software, processing time etc.
Control project implementation to achieve agreed milestones
Assess, communicate and manage potential risks with client/stakeholders
Monitor and control budget & schedule of assigned projects
Drive high standards of customer service and proactive communication throughout the project team
Manage and motivate project team to maximise performance
Comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle and management
Experience with Agile Methodology
Excellent project planning and organising capabilities
Experience in full lifecycle project management and project teams within a large, complex organization
Able to interpret technical features into commercial benefits
Strong negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills.
Good decision making capability
Experience of managing tasks/activities with conflicting priorities, and communicating outcomes
