We are currently seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a quality-focused professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving testing processes, and working closely with development teams to deliver reliable and scalable products.

About the Role

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will take ownership of quality assurance activities across our products, ensuring our gaming technology solutions meet high standards of functionality, performance, and reliability.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to design effective testing strategies, improve QA processes, and drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
Identify, analyse, document, and track software defects with clear technical details.
Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
Lead automation testing initiatives to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Design, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and provide QA recommendations during the development process.
Define and improve QA best practices, processes, and testing standards.
Identify potential risks and provide solutions to improve product quality.
Mentor and support junior QA team members when required.
Stay updated with new testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related role.
Strong experience in manual testing methodologies and software quality processes.
Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar tools.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly with developers and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience in gaming, fintech, or high-volume digital platforms is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.
Experience testing web applications and backend systems.
Familiarity with database testing and SQL queries.
