To support this growth, the company is expanding its technology leadership team and is looking to hire an experienced IT LEAD for its Sofia-based office to hold the position of:


SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


Some of your key responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions;
- Define and implement development strategies aligned with business goals;
- Manage, mentor, and support the development team;
- Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery within scope and budget;
- Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and reliability;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders;
- Oversee development planning, budgeting, and resource allocation;

Essential requirements for the position:

- 3+ years of professional experience in an IT leadership or management role;
- 3+ years of previous experience as a Senior Software Developer;
- Proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle and enterprise-level applications;
- Strong technical background combined with effective leadership and team management skills;
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Web APIs;
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, (Software) Engineering, (Business) Informatics, or a related specialty;
- English language.
