Currently, we are supporting them in recruiting several experienced and motivated IT professionals for the position of:


SCRUM MASTER (Digital Transformation)


Some of your duties:

The responsibilities are related to supporting the Agile transformation within the company. The main focus is on building effective teams, improving processes, and fostering an Agile culture and continuous development.

Essential requirements for the role:

- 2+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach;
- University degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other economic or IT-related specialty;
- Experience in Agile-related methodologies;
- Experience with at least one of these tools - Jira, Confluence, or/and ServiceNow;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level or higher);
- Any related certifications (CSM, A-CSM, PSM®, etc.) will be considered an advantage, but are not mandatory.
