Currently, we are supporting them to recruit several smart and motivated Juniors to join their team for the role of:


Entry-level Technical Support Specialist with German and English


Your responsibilities will include:

- Resolve technical issues, mostly over the phone and through the ticketing system, providing clear and professional information in both German and English;
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and determine optimal solutions for quick resolution;
- Maintain consistent, high-quality support through collaboration with the team, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions and adherence to established procedures.


Essential requirements for this position:

- Fluent German and English languages - B2 / C1 level;
- Excellent communication and active listening skills;
- Ability to working collaboratively in a team environment, organized and detail oriented;
- An interest in Information Technologies and eagerness to gain knowledge in the field;
- Willingness to work on shifts;
- Ability to start in a short period of time.


The following will be considered advantages, but are not mandatory:

- Previous experience as a Technical / Customer Support or Service Desk Specialist;
- Knowledge or some experience with Microsoft 365.
