We are currently looking for an experienced CMS Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Operational Marketing Manager, the CMS Administrator will manage, update, and optimize digital content across online and land-based platforms, ensuring brand consistency, seamless user experience, and alignment with marketing campaigns and corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, update, and maintain content across websites and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to implement campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives across online and offline channels.
• Ensure optimal website functionality through CMS platforms, including monitoring links, forms, and interactive features.
• Support the technical team in implementing new functionalities, integrating digital tools, and optimizing site performance.
• Maintain and enforce corporate visual identity, UX/UI standards, and content structure to enhance user experience across all digital and physical touchpoints.
• Monitor and analyse content performance, providing actionable recommendations for improving engagement, user experience, and website traffic.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, corporate policies, and legal requirements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Web Development, Computer Science, or Marketing with a technical focus
• Experience managing content in CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, or similar).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
• Skills in handling visual and multimedia content for digital platforms.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and user experience optimization.
• Experience integrating digital marketing campaigns into CMS.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
