For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Junior Technical Advisor
with Czech or Polish or Slovak or Slovenian.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide first-line technical support to users via chat, email, or phone;
*Assist customers with troubleshooting app installation, updates, and usage issues;
*Guide users through simple technical steps to resolve common software or connectivity problems;
*Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring smooth case handover;
*Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
*Fluency in Czech, Polish, Slovak, or Slovenian (B2-C1 level);
*Good command of English (B2) for internal communication and training;
*Basic understanding of mobile apps, operating systems, and internet browsers;
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset;
*Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment - no prior experience required.
