Microsoft 365 & Citrix Support Engineer


You will be involved in:
- Administration of Windows 10/11 systems and Microsoft 365 apps to ensure desktop stability
- Management of the user access and policies via Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune
- Support of the virtual desktop platforms (Citrix, VMware, VPN)
- Monitoring of the logs, security dashboards, and alerts
- Collaboration with IT teams to troubleshoot software and network incidents


Expected technical background, experience, and qualification:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support or technical service roles
- Practical experience working with Citrix technologies for virtualization and remote access
- Experience with the Citrix platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), including hands-on experience with Windows 365 setup, deployment, and support
- Capability in managing and maintaining environments using Microsoft Intune and Active Directory
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken
