German-speaking Entry-level Technical Support Specialist

Some of your duties:

 You will accept, analyze, and resolve quickly and successfully the customer requests via email, phone, and ticketing;
 You will be involved in solving entry-level technical issues and questions;
 You have to provide accurate and up-to-date information to the clients’ requests;


Expected skills, knowledge, and qualifications for the role:

- Previous experience as Technical Support or Customer Servicе Specialist
-Very good command of German - B2 level or higher
-Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
-Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
-Genuine interest in IT and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and professional development
-Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule
