Position Title: Analytics Consultant
We're currently looking for an Analytics Consultant to join one of our EMEA Analytics Product Development Team and support the Trusso (our cutting-edge ML based transaction categorization engine) rollout across the globe.

The Analytics Consultant will support the development of transactional data analytics across all Experian regions ensuring the successful projects completion, using best practice analytical techniques, to deliver a range of benefits to both Experian’s clients and the end consumer.

The successful candidate would be a highly pro-active stress-resilient person having a tolerance of ambiguity, who is a strong communicator feeling comfortable creating a wide internal network and pitching ideas to it.

You will have the chance to lead the high-level project management of contracted projects and oversee the innovation and product development of one of the hottest advanced analytics products in Experian.

The right person will have the opportunity to develop and practice several tech skills in advance analytics that include Experian data science environments capabilities, implementation options broad data science and machine learning knowledge and BI representations predominantly in the field of credit risk, but on a later stage also in the market and regulatory domains.

What you’ll be doing?
Motivate project team to ensure quality deliverables and achieve milestones, securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently.
Consistently delivers significant, measurable business value through a deep SME of industry
Recognizes and advises long term effects of data related projects to ensure feasibility for resolving business challenges.
Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals.
Directly influences wide or high impact decisions and initiatives and can articulate the value that data delivers
Design analytics solutions to client’s problems in any area of customer and credit risk management and analytics, using Experian analytics solutions to match best practice.
Provide consultancy on the potential strategies to the project’s stakeholders and clients
Promote new and creative ideas which satisfy clients’ requirements and resolve their business problems
Present business cases for new product development.
Co-ordinate with Experian’s Analytics Pre-Sales team to contribute to sales opportunities and support the conversion of sales prospects.
Contribute to winning new business from new and existing customers
Managing customer/stakeholder relationship
Drive high standards of customer service and proactive client communication throughout the project term
Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions
Proactively identify potential risks in achieving client/project timescales, taking all possible action to minimize risk.
Take responsibility for prompt resolution of both internal and external queries and questions.
Demonstrate leadership in the development of the client solutions.
Add value to client’s business by recommending beneficial solutions.
Take responsibility for the quality of the project deliverables within the predefined timelines
Project Management/ Scrum Master responsibilities
Defining the project’s schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries and organizing and leading working and project status meetings.
Delivering Agile projects that offer outstanding business value to the users.
Supporting the product owner in managing communications with stakeholders, managing customer’s expectations for deliverables, and implementing an effective project governance system.
Helping the team achieve a high level of performance and quality and removing obstacles
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

What you’ll bring?

Ability to build and maintain solid long-term relationships with clients/stakeholders
Keen problem solver with an analytical mindset and decision-making skills
Organizational skills and effective priorities managements
Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Commercially astute with excellent financial acumen.
Business acumen combined with a comfort with technology will be an advantage
Technical speaking skills - Can have meaningful conversations with data engineers, analytical engineers, data scientists, and data modelers about specific features of the data, specific technical client requests, specifics of analytics output.
Degree in appropriate field or equivalent work experience
Fluency in English
