MS Dynamics NAV/ Business Central Specialist

Manpower Bulgaria is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Support Specialist to join the team of one of our trusted international partners. If you're experienced with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central and passionate about optimizing systems and processes, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career within a stable and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for daily ERP operations, user support, and issue resolution.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical problems when needed.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with internal policies.
Support testing, deployment, and documentation of system updates and configurations.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Maintain data integrity, support reporting, and assist in small-scale optimizations.
Coordinate with external ERP consultants and partners when necessary.

What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central in a support, operations, or functional role.
Good understanding of finance, inventory, purchasing, or sales business processes.
Experience with ERP workflows, user role management, and master data maintenance.
Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
English proficiency (minimum B2, written and spoken).
