Acronis is growing our Cloud Partner Success team within the Global Inside Sales department to enable existing Cloud partners to sell Acronis' Cloud Platform solutions. We are looking for a new Cloud Partner Success Manager to cover the Middle East territory so it will require both English and Arabic fluency, both written and verbal.

• Make a territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.
• Align with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities for channel enablement
• Activate and enable new partners with Acronis sales and marketing tools and programs
• Drive successful upsell \ cross sell initiatives to partner
• Make partners sell Acronis services to existing customer base of the partner, attract new customers to partner and help to retain existing customer to partner
• Train new partners with existing and new products
• Develop relationship with key decision makers on partner side
• Support new partners on daily basis on business and technology development
• Engage Acronis pre-sales and technical support teams

• Equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years experience in inside channel sales, partner account management, and/or channel development related position, preferably within a software vendor
• Native or fluent English and Arabic, both written and verbal
• In depth channel and field sales experience
• Strong understanding of cloud market business model strongly preferred
• Strong presentation, communication and planning skills
• Strong customer experience and relationship building skills
