About the Role:
On behalf of our trusted partner, we are looking for an adaptable and articulate professional who can effectively oversee the delivery of comprehensive IT services and solutions.

As a Senior Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily monitoring, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, wireless devices, servers, operating systems, and other hardware/software components.
You will also provide technical support to users experiencing IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve escalated support tickets
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and on-site support
• Design, plan, and implement network systems, software, and hardware
• Participate in network assessments and incident investigations, recommending appropriate solutions
• Diagnose and resolve network-related issues
• Provide guidance and training to clients and junior administrators when needed
• Accurately document support activities and time in service desk systems
• Travel to client sites when required for support or installations
• Maintain and update internal knowledge base and client documentation

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with a strong focus on networking in the last 3 years
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, or willingness to obtain one within 6 months
• Strong hands-on experience with firewalls (preferably Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet)
• Solid knowledge of networking technologies: switching, routing, firewalls, Wi-Fi, NAC, and virtual networking
• Experience with VLANs, subnets, dynamic routing, VPNs, DHCP, DNS
• Proven experience managing large-scale, mission-critical enterprise networks
• Strong experience with switching and routing platforms
• Experience with WAN technologies (e.g., SD-WAN) is considered an advantage
• Experience with Microsoft environments and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bulgarian
• Strong customer service orientation
