Your Role and Responsibilities
The Client Advocate will act as the single interface with the client to propose, implement and oversee the services that contribute to the success of the client’s business. They’ll have a fundamental role for the management of the TSS services contracts and associated revenue.
The Client Advocate will look to seek an understanding of the client’s industry, business targets, strategy and requirements, and have the responsibility to improve client satisfaction on availability services (maintenance service activities), leveraging and leading IBM, Business Partner and Vendor resources.
Work closely with different teams (Sales, Service Planning, Implementation, Contracts & Negotiations , Delivery, Pricing, Deal Intake etc.) based on client relationships and experiences to deliver a winning solution in logo and non-logo products.
Client satisfaction will be your main focus within this role. As Client advocate, you’ll manage medium to large complex maintenance contracts, be responsible for solving client’s inventory and billing issues, manage hardware and software escalations, assist in renewing maintenance contracts, and provide the day to day management of service delivery. The Client Advocate fills a critical role in the overall success of meeting the client IT needs and the protection, management, and growth of the IBM Services.
This role would be supporting US customers on US working hours with some flexibility.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The CA role also creates a demand for knowledge of IBM TSS processes and service offerings to properly identify, define and execute on client related interactions.

• Highly motivated and looking for challenges
• 1 year or more of experience in a client facing role
• Capable of learning new skills and retaining knowledge
• Detail oriented and responsible
• Prior training in IT support and understanding is a plus
