Production Supervisor/New production plant/


More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Construction of our new Distribution Center, from the ground up. You will work with the approved suppliers for building it in excellent condition.
Selection, recruitment, and training of the future production & logistic team. Once the plant is operational you will lead the entire production & distribution process as per commercial strategy in place.
All business planning activities related to raw material, production, logistics and purchasing processes.
The entire production process, from raw material reception down to storage and manipulation. Quality, time to market and fast response to customer needs are the most important attributes for your work.
The overall production & distribution business key performance parameters, defined by the controlling management: production volume, production value, production cost, percentage of losses etc.
Successfully implementation of our SAP system into the plant as a key user.
You will be reporting to Head of the Distribution Center.

Your profile and qualification:

University degree (Electronics, Mechanics, Industrialization or equivalent);
Long-term track record in leading a Manufacturing department to success, preferably in the construction, automotive, or related industry;
Strong leadership experience in the manufacturing environment;
Genuine result orientation with strong collaboration, communication, and business relationship skills;
Quality mindset and experience with best practices in workplace organization;
Experience working in TS/QS/ISO manufacturing environment;
Solid MS office skills, experience with ERP systems is an advantage;
Knowledge of business, finance and management principles is an advantage.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Experience with SAP as a key user or implementing SAP in production;
Advanced English skills - written and spoken;
