English-speaking Accountant - Invoice Processing


Some of your responsibilities will include:

-Processing and validating supplier invoices to ensure compliance with tax laws and internal standards.
-Comparing invoices with purchase orders, communicating with vendors to resolve discrepancies, and assisting in preparing upcoming payments.
-Supporting payment runs and maintaining an organized supplier database.
-Assisting with monthly end financial reconciliations and internal audits.

Expected skills, knowledge and experience:

- 2+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing or just as an Accountant (preferably within a SSC).
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and a solid understanding of invoice processing and vendor management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any economic-related specialty.
- Very good command of English (B2 level or higher).
